Postage & delivery of ceramics

Clay is heavy and small - making 2kg parcels our limit for Royal Mail. Thus it is cheaper to send TWO 2kg parcels than ONE 3kg parcel and we have set up the delivery prices accordingly.

Clay which is ready for firing is VERY fragile and cannot be posted.  Thus the delivery options for the Clay+Glaze+Glazing Kit and Craft Kits are DELIVERY or COLLECTION only.  Currently we have 1 pottery locations (ST Albans) but we may sign up more in future.

Finished creations & artwork are fragile.  They need to be double boxed and carefully wrapped - thus they are often 'bigger' than they are 'heavy'. This too leads to non standard delivery charges.

The options for overseas delivery are endless.  Please contact us directly to arrange the best way of getting our goodies to you.

Thus our delivery options are as follows:-

• Local Delivery – Usually Fridays - for a nominal fee to the following postcodes AL1, AL2, AL3, AL4.

• Collection possible from our potteries by prearrangement

• Postage : Royal Mail Signed for - First or Second class (your choice). Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times as it’s out of our control once items have left us

• Non standard items and over seas items - quote available on request
